Delivery and Return Policy

At KJ’s Jewel Collection, we pride ourselves on offering exquisite natural gems and jewels crafted with precision and care. Due to the unique and natural properties of gemstones, we have established the following policy regarding exchanges and returns:

𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞: All our gemstones are guaranteed to be natural unless otherwise specified. Each gemstone is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and a valuation certificate to ensure transparency and quality assurance.

𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲: Due to the nature of natural gemstones and to maintain the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns once the item has been purchased and delivered. This policy is in place to safeguard against the substitution of natural gems with lab-created alternatives.

𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬: If the purchased item’s clarity, size, color, or weight differs from what is stated on the lab certificate and valuation certificate, please contact us immediately to discuss the issue. We are happy to process a return provided we are notified within 48 hours of your receipt of the item, and it is returned within 7 days with all original packaging and paperwork, in exactly the same condition as when received.

 

Custom or Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalised nature of custom jewellery, we kindly request customers to carefully consider their purchase. Once a custom order is confirmed and production begins, cancellation charges will apply based on the stage of the process:

  1. Within 24 hours of order confirmation: A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover consultation and administrative costs.
  2. After 48 hours and before production starts: A 40% cancellation fee will apply to cover design preparation and sourcing of materials.
  3. After production has commenced: A 70% cancellation fee will apply, reflecting the irreversible work and labour already undertaken.
  4. After completion or dispatch: Custom orders are strictly non-refundable.

 

Purchase Item Cancellation Policy

We distribute our products through multiple channels and strive to keep our website’s product availability status up to date. However, due to simultaneous sales across platforms, there may be rare occasions when an item becomes unavailable just before your order is confirmed. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and offer either a full refund or an alternative selection from our collection.

If a cancellation is initiated by either the buyer (e.g., change of mind, financial difficulties) or the seller (e.g., prolonged delay in payment or unresponsiveness from the buyer), the following terms apply:

  • A cancellation fee of 20% of the total item cost will be charged.
  • Any additional transaction or restocking fees incurred will also be deducted.
  • These fees apply regardless of which party initiates the cancellation.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This policy ensures fairness and helps us manage inventory and customer expectations effectively.
